Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Staff Product Manager will define and drive product strategy for care delivery, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and elevate the product organization while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision and develop multi-quarter roadmaps for care delivery infrastructure
• Frame and resolve complex problems, making tradeoffs and building alignment across stakeholders
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, defining success metrics tied to patient outcomes and business performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in healthcare or health tech
• Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, cross-functional products
• Experience influencing organizational strategy and roadmap priorities at a leadership level
• Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive decisions with incomplete information
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
