Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time Staff Product Manager will identify and resolve high-impact product issues, own complex initiatives from diagnosis to shipping, and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize the most critical product problems across the platform
• Manage complex, cross-surface projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering and design to make system-level decisions that enhance product quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product experience, including senior-level roles in product-led companies
• Proven ability to engage with products as a real user, identifying issues through hands-on experience
• Strong writing skills for effective documentation and communication in a remote environment
• Technical comfort to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers about product tradeoffs
• Demonstrated decision-making ability, knowing when to act decisively
