Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving transformation in the business travel space, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will define product strategy, collaborate across functions, and deliver impactful solutions for the search and shop booking journey involving flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Key responsibilities

• Shape a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey, balancing user-centric design with business impact
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that enhance the shopping experience
• Lead the design and rollout of scalable features that drive conversion and improve user confidence in the shopping journey

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and influencing across teams
• Deep empathy for users with a solid understanding of UX principles
• Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to inform decisions
