Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product roadmap for kiosk software, the full-time Staff Product Manager will focus on improving customer transaction completion rates and operational effectiveness while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Size opportunities across kiosk performance to prioritize solutions for the biggest problems
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to enhance critical steps of the kiosk experience
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to measure performance changes and ensure credibility with data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in software development
• Experience building user experiences for physical products such as self-service kiosks
• Proven track record of owning key revenue-generating metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining operational KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a cross-functional environment
