Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the long-term vision for consumer experiences, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will own foundational systems and frameworks across mobile and web platforms, ensuring cohesive and scalable interactions for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for Affirm's core consumer experience across app, web, and future surfaces
• Lead major experience initiatives, including redesigns and structural improvements to the consumer journey
• Partner closely with engineering teams to shape the architecture and capabilities of Affirm's consumer platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building consumer technology products at scale
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience owning or influencing core mobile and web experiences, navigation systems, or design systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance customer needs and business goals
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
