Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Staff Product Manager will own the claims experience strategy, lead software migrations, and enhance internal workflows to improve claims handling for brokers and policyholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the claims experience strategy, focusing on operational efficiency and customer-facing experiences
- Lead complex software migrations and platform evolution, ensuring successful implementation and measurement of impact
- Serve internal customers by designing tools that reduce manual overhead and enhance team capacity while improving the overall claims experience
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in building and shipping software products, preferably in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of leading migrations or systems transformations, particularly in claims platforms or workflow tools
- Strong understanding of customer experience and internal workflows, with the ability to balance both perspectives
- Experience using AI tools in product development and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area
- Demonstrated success in delivering against strategic goals with measurable impact on customer outcomes and business metrics
