Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on security configuration management within the Dragos Platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure effective development of core capabilities while collaborating with internal teams and customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Security Configuration Management (SCM) across extended operational technology environments
• Translate customer needs and market trends into a clear SCM roadmap, driving development and management of core capabilities
• Engage with customers to validate use cases and gather feedback, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity or related security domains
• Strong understanding of security configuration management concepts and methodologies
• Experience with active device profiling and discovery methods in industrial environments
• Knowledge of configuration policy engines and compliance reporting frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and backend workflows
