Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with senior leaders, the remote Staff Product Manager will lead the strategy for pricing, packaging, and monetization while managing billing as a product and overseeing the accounts foundation in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization, including credit and usage models
• Ship billing as a product, ensuring accuracy in metering, invoicing, payments, and customer-facing usage visibility
• Steward the accounts foundation, focusing on sign-up, authentication, security, and fraud prevention

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in pricing, packaging, or monetization for SaaS or usage-based products
• Deep experience with usage-based and credit-based business models, including metering and tiering
• Hands-on experience with billing platforms such as Orb, Stripe, or Zuora
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product strategy and execution
• Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and partner effectively with senior leaders
