Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align product vision with business objectives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide decision-making and prioritize product features

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma
