Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a major consumer surface or core customer journey end-to-end, the full-time Staff Product Manager will set the strategy and quality bar for AI-native product development while working remotely and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer trust
• Utilize AI-native workflows to build prototypes and streamline decision-making processes
• Mentor and develop other Product Managers, enhancing the team's overall performance and output

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a product leader with ownership of major consumer products at scale
• Strong background in defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams
• Technical fluency with hands-on experience in product development and AI tools
• Ability to articulate long-term product vision and adapt strategies based on data and evidence
• Demonstrated customer expertise and a commitment to understanding user needs deeply
