Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the business of a product line, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage adoption, retention, and revenue while leading cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product line outcomes, including adoption, retention, and revenue, while managing unit economics
• Lead discovery and shaping for complex problems, pitching high-stakes initiatives to leadership and owning the results
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to enable efficient delivery without bottlenecking processes

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years owning product line outcomes
• Proven track record of impacting business metrics such as revenue, retention, and adoption
• Experience in shaping and presenting high-stakes business cases to senior leadership
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand API documentation and technical tradeoffs
• Background in EdTech or mission-driven products, with K-12 experience preferred
