Job Summary
Owning the engagement and retention loop for the Consumer Experience team, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will diagnose member behavior challenges, influence cross-functional teams, and develop habit-forming mechanics to enhance user engagement across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Own a squad mission focused on engagement mechanics, habit formation, and early churn with clear metrics and roadmaps
- Design and improve engagement mechanics such as streaks, goals, and challenges to drive retention and repeat behavior
- Influence product strategies across earning, rewards, and lifecycle surfaces without formal authority, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record as a senior individual contributor
- Proven ownership of consumer-facing products focused on member experience, not B2B or internal tools
- Experience in designing behavior-change mechanics tied to retention and revenue quality
- Strong understanding of lifecycle metrics, including early churn and engagement retention
- Proficiency in designing experiments that isolate behavior change, including A/B testing and incrementality
