Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full picture for health and wellness brand partnerships, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage go-to-market strategies, partner relationships, and product roadmap integrations to enhance member growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define launch strategies for new partnerships, including messaging, activation plans, and success metrics
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for external partners, managing expectations and conducting regular reviews
• Own the product roadmap for partner-facing surfaces and design high-converting customer experiences

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on partner integrations or marketplace environments
• Proven ability to manage external partner relationships and run business reviews
• Experience in launching partnerships or products, from commercial agreements to live activations
• Strong analytical skills for defining metrics and running experiments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align teams around shared outcomes
