Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the strategic development of the Prism platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will work remotely from the US or Canada, collaborating with the CPO to drive product vision, engage with customers for feedback, and translate operational pain points into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Prism platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and insights, translating their pain points into high-quality product requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Design, to deliver key integrations and enhance platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management experience with a focus on large, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into strategic product direction
• Experience in developing platform products or contributing to integration and data-surface solutions
• Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of system architecture and data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and align teams on product strategy and decisions
