Job Summary

As a full-time Staff Product Manager, the candidate will define and drive product strategy for Patient CRM and Patient 360, focusing on AI-driven features to enhance patient engagement and care journeys in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Patient CRM and Patient 360, ensuring effective patient engagement
• Build the data foundation that supports AI-first features like follow-up prioritization and proactive support workflows
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Clinical Operations to deliver scalable platform capabilities across the client base

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of patient-facing or CRM-adjacent products
• Proven experience with data-rich product surfaces, including CRM and engagement platforms
• Experience integrating or building AI/ML-powered features based on structured product context
• Strong ability to build and manage product roadmaps across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
