Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and design of a unified communications platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage the integration of various communication channels including email, SMS, voice, and chat to enhance patient and operational engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategy for a unified communications platform, including evaluation of build vs. buy decisions
• Consolidate communication pathways and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards while developing a centralized visibility interface
• Design end-to-end patient journeys and automate communication workflows across multiple medical programs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with communications or engagement platforms
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems
• Experience in defining journeys and building automated communication workflows
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, clinical, and IT
• Comfortable building with AI and demonstrating relevant projects or prototypes
