Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Staff Product Manager, the full-time remote position will define and drive product strategy for high-priority areas of the platform, focusing on enhancing the content creation experience and delivering measurable business impact through innovative AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for key areas, such as mobile and AI-powered assessments
• Lead the end-to-end content creation experience for instructors and creators, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Translate customer insights into scalable integrated solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Experience building or experimenting with AI-driven products, particularly in workflow automation or conversational AI
• Proven track record of taking a product from zero to launch in ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of product decisions' connection to business outcomes
• Ability to navigate between strategic vision and execution details effectively
• Experience in designing end-to-end integrated user experiences
