Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of a core consumer filing experience, the remote Staff Product Manager will own the product vision and strategy, drive the development of AI-powered capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for enhancing the filing experience while balancing short-term delivery and long-term investments
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve usability and customer confidence through AI-powered features
• Lead end-to-end execution in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Compliance teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on complex consumer software
• Strong technical fluency, particularly in system design and AI/ML capabilities
• Proven ability to evolve foundational platforms and drive new initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and metrics
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
