Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy for Vanta's data platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage the Foundations roadmap, collaborate with engineering teams, and support customer outcomes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Foundations roadmap, aligning with engineering to plan platform investments
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and support their platform needs, balancing short- and long-term goals
• Directly drive the data platform strategy, ensuring clarity on sequencing and supporting GRC strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting platform teams, preferably with data platforms or products
• 1 platforms and scaling data systems over extended time horizons
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to drive priorities and engage stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of data platform topics, including databases, querying, and APIs
• Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on aligning platform efforts with business and customer goals
