Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategic development of pricing and tiering frameworks, the full-time Staff Non-Technical Product Manager will operationalize partner program infrastructures and collaborate across various teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of a points-based tiering framework, ensuring fairness and consistency
• Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, defining operational processes for points redemption and benefit delivery
• Drive cross-functional alignment with legal, finance, and compliance teams on tiering and incentive governance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM operations, channel strategy, or customer incentive operations
• 5+ years of proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks using dynamic points or engagement scoring systems
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Airtable, or similar CRM/PRM tools
• Strong understanding of commercial models such as reseller, revenue share, and referral
• Exceptional skills in collaboration and stakeholder management across various organizational functions
