Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the growth of the self-serve funnel, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will own the developer journey from initial contact to committed customer, managing metrics, experiments, and product changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the growth of the self-serve funnel, focusing on metrics and product changes that enhance developer engagement
• Manage the product experience, including onboarding and activation paths for developers, determining what features to ship
• Establish and maintain a complete system for business rhythms, data-driven optimization, and experimentation

Required qualifications

• Proven product-led growth experience with a self-serve funnel, including metrics for activation, conversion, retention, or acquisition
• Demonstrated track record as an excellent product manager, capable of setting direction and delivering outcomes
• Technical proficiency to prototype and analyze engineering tradeoffs independently
• Experience in building complete systems from scratch, including reporting and optimization frameworks
• Genuine fluency with AI tools, evidenced by practical application in workflows
