Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Agent Hosting product, the full-time Staff Product Manager will set the vision and roadmap, ensuring reliable deployment and scaling of agents on LiveKit Cloud while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hosting roadmap by setting a clear vision and plan for product development in collaboration with engineering
• Ensure the runtime is reliable and trusted for customers' production workloads by improving deployment, scaling, and performance
• Drive adoption and revenue growth for Agent Hosting, expanding its capabilities beyond voice agents

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, preferably with experience in developer-facing infrastructure or platform products
• Technical depth in distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency
• Proven experience in managing products focused on reliability and performance at scale
• Strong cross-functional influence with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and strategic levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
