Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product direction for multi-location and multi-brand businesses, the full-time Staff Product Manager will lead strategy, make complex trade-offs, and coach product managers while working closely with a technical director in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product direction and strategy for multi-location and multi-brand business solutions
• Lead discovery processes and create a clear product roadmap based on diverse customer needs
• Coach and elevate the product management team to improve overall product quality and standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including Staff or Principal PM roles
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder discovery efforts
• Experience in building frameworks that enhance product development across teams
• Familiarity with multi-location, multi-brand SaaS platforms is a strong plus
