Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the growth of Engine's card product, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will own the product roadmap, enhance customer onboarding and activation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the growth product roadmap for the card, focusing on onboarding, activation flows, and customer adoption
- Drive conversion and activation metrics by designing and shipping product experiments
- Shape the card experience for new and activating customers by identifying friction points and prioritizing fixes
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in growth or activation roles for consumer or prosumer products
- Proven track record of running product experiments and analyzing data effectively
- Strong understanding of how product levers drive growth outcomes
- Ability to make tough prioritization decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous problems and a drive for impactful results
