Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product strategy and execution for a large healthcare-focused digital product, the temporary Staff Product Manager will guide two related product teams while collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a consumer-facing healthcare product supporting Veterans
- Provide strategic oversight for a secondary Tier 3 support product while partnering with an existing product lead
- Translate business objectives and user needs into prioritized product backlogs and actionable delivery plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, with experience substitutable for education
- 3+ years leading cross-functional Agile product teams
- Experience managing externally facing digital products using Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations in complex environments
- Active Public Trust (Tier 2) security clearance required on Day 1
