Job Summary
Owning the onboarding and growth strategy, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will manage the practitioner journey from sign-up to activation, focusing on improving user engagement and driving measurable business impact through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding and activation
- Design and implement product-led growth initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and long-term adoption
- Lead product discovery by translating customer and business problems into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on SaaS onboarding and product-led growth
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and growth metrics
- Demonstrated success in improving product outcomes through experimentation and iteration
- Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product discovery and decision-making
