Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of the Cloud Namespace product, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage provisioning, configuration, and capacity management while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance customer-facing capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Cloud Namespace lifecycle, including workload needs and management flows
• Define and evolve differentiated Namespace offerings for customer clarity and trust
• Manage throughput and capacity for Namespaces, ensuring reliable and cost-effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• Product leadership experience with platform/infrastructure products focusing on reliability and performance
• Strong systems thinking to translate workload needs into scalable policies and configurations
• Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs and using metrics for product decision-making
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on technical topics related to capacity planning and deployment
• Proven skills in building alignment across diverse stakeholders in ambiguous environments
