Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Staff Product Manager, the successful candidate will define and drive product strategy for high-priority areas of the platform, manage the end-to-end content creation experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered product features in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for key areas such as mobile and AI-powered assessment
• Own the content creation experience for instructors and creators, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Translate customer insights into scalable integrated solutions and lead execution from ideation to launch

Required qualifications:

• Experience building or experimenting with AI-driven products, particularly in workflow automation or conversational AI
• Proven track record of taking a product from zero to launch in ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of how product decisions connect to business outcomes
• Ability to navigate between strategic vision and execution details effectively
• Experience in designing end-to-end integrated experiences is a strong plus
