Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and roadmap for Vanta's core AI capabilities, the full-time Staff Product Manager, AI Foundations will build and enhance AI product experiences, focusing on quality evaluation and agent harness capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta's core AI capabilities, including the agent harness and AI quality evaluation stack
- Analyze agent traces to derive insights for product improvements and ensure high-quality AI outputs through automated evaluators and self-serve tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish shared capabilities and drive the adoption of quality standards for AI products
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with platform or infrastructure products
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, including a strong understanding of evaluation and observability in AI
- Proven ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into actionable product strategies
- Experience in leading technical discussions and earning credibility with senior engineers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while effectively communicating with stakeholders
