Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Buyer Experience product squads, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for app and web experiences focused on personalizable and custom items, working remotely in a high-ambiguity role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for enhancing buyer experiences on the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run experiments and deliver best-in-class shopping experiences
• Lead discovery processes and manage product development across web and mobile platforms

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in ambiguous, multi-platform environments
• Experience in building consumer-facing shopping experiences, preferably in a two-sided marketplace
• Proven ability to design and run A/B experiments with a focus on hypothesis-driven development
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align diverse teams around shared objectives
• Ability to define strategy and metrics in undefined spaces with unclear KPIs
