Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end configuration and management of the Configuration Engine and Admin Dashboard, the full-time Staff Product Manager will prioritize roadmaps, write detailed specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate setup and usability for non-technical users in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes for Configuration and Admin products
- Write PRDs and specifications that are respected by engineering and QA teams
- Run discovery sessions with various stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years on B2B platforms or complex workflow products
- Experience shipping configuration UIs that non-engineers can use in production
- Strong written specifications and ability to collaborate with engineering on system design
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or claims is a strong plus
- Familiarity with role-based access, multi-tenant SaaS, or reporting/BI surfaces is a bonus
