Job Summary
Driving the development of telephony solutions, the full-time Staff Product Manager will own the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering teams, and enhance customer experiences in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the telephony roadmap and define product direction in partnership with engineering
- Ensure compatibility with various SIP vendors to streamline integration for enterprises
- Expand LiveKit Phone Numbers' global coverage and manage pricing and margin as the business scales
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience at a senior or staff level, particularly with developer-facing products
- Technical depth in understanding protocols, media paths, and call quality
- Proven experience in managing products with a focus on reliability and quality
- Strong cross-functional influence and ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
