Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

To design and operate specialty benefit programs, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage program structures, clinical requirements, and member engagement models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of specialty benefit programs, translating business and client requirements into operational models
• Identify necessary capabilities and partnerships, evaluating and negotiating with vendors to enhance program effectiveness
• Establish and oversee operational models, tracking performance metrics to improve outcomes and scalability across clients

Required qualifications

• Experience owning a healthcare product from design through implementation and live operation
• Experience working with self-funded employers and TPAs, navigating operational dependencies for benefit program implementation
• Experience identifying capability gaps and building or contracting solutions
• Direct experience evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts and commercial terms
• Ability to balance member experience, client savings, and operational feasibility in product decisions
