Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product initiatives for community and learner connection, the full-time Staff Product Manager will oversee the development of tools and features that enhance creator-learner interactions within the Coursera + Udemy ecosystem, focusing on instructor profiles, channels, and flagship instructor communities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the messaging and communication layer to foster ongoing engagement between creators and learners
- Develop higher-touch learning formats, including live sessions and webinars, to enhance creator expertise visibility
- Lead the transition of Instructor Communities from pilot to scalable business by analyzing interactions and driving conversion and retention strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience building products in EdTech, learning technologies, or content authoring tools
- Familiarity with B2B2C business models
- Experience with AI-driven products, particularly in content generation, adaptive learning, and multimodal authoring support
- Proven track record of managing product development from conception to launch
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tools
