Job Summary
Owning the BOXED.GG roadmap, the full-time Staff Product Manager will set strategic direction, manage the overall customer journey, and drive data-informed decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the health and enhancement of the BOXED economy, considering customer sentiment and market dynamics
- Oversee the full customer journey from onboarding to retention, ensuring seamless integration of various product components
- Propose and sequence product initiatives on the BOXED roadmap, driving towards impactful business and customer outcomes

- Proven experience as a Product Manager with ownership of a roadmap that significantly impacts revenue
