Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Defining and driving the strategy for search features in the Firefox Desktop browser, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will lead experimentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with privacy principles and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search features to enhance engagement and revenue
- Lead end-to-end experimentation across browser search access points and default search experiences
- Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship innovative search experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with revenue-impacting and user-facing products
- Experience with search, discovery, or AI/ML-powered products
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their implications for product development
- Proven experience leading experimentation programs with measurable business outcomes
- Fluency with product analytics tools and SQL
