Job Summary
To define and lead the product strategy for AI-native Clinical and Care Tools, the full-time Staff Product Manager will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance clinician workflows and integrate intelligent systems that improve care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native Clinical and Care Tools in the Care App
- Reimagine practitioner workflows using AI for contextual assistance and intelligent task orchestration
- Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI-enabled experiences, ensuring quality and safety
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent in leading complex product initiatives
- Experience shipping AI-enabled, automation, or platform products for clinical or operational teams
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on data, APIs, and security
- Experience in healthcare operations or high-stakes domains with knowledge of privacy and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and turn ambiguity into actionable strategies
