Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning a core surface of the platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager will define strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and work closely with engineering and design to enhance AI-powered workflows for vehicle repair management.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage a foundational platform area that influences multiple product surfaces
- Drive strategic decisions that unblock work across product areas and synthesize feedback from various sources
- Mentor Junior PMs and contribute to the overall operation and quality of the PM function
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record across multiple product areas
- Demonstrated ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue forecasting
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to manage both strategy and execution simultaneously
- Proficiency with AI tooling and experience in leveraging it to enhance product management processes
- Strong data instincts for analysis and metric definition
