Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategy for a distributed team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the full-time remote Staff Product Manager will set long-term vision, shape product strategy, and mentor product staff while driving cross-team collaboration and business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in partnership with executive stakeholders
• Mentor and elevate less experienced product practitioners while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and support company-wide business development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at the Principal or equivalent senior level in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Deep understanding of the consulting mindset and experience working with executive partners
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong command of modern product management practices, including user-centered design and agile delivery
