Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product strategy and owning the roadmap for a high-priority area, the full-time Staff Product Manager will shape the product vision, enhance learner and partner experiences, and make independent product decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy for key areas of the platform, such as mobile and AI-powered assessments
- Own the end-to-end content creation experience, ensuring quality and effectiveness for instructors and learners
- Translate customer insights into scalable integrated solutions and lead execution from ideation to launch
Required qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven products, particularly in workflow automation or conversational AI
- Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch in ambiguous environments
- Strong understanding of how product decisions impact business outcomes
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira and Figma
- Ability to mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing product organization
