Job Summary
Owning the execution and delivery of product areas, the full-time Staff Product Manager for the Platform team will define metrics, collaborate with engineering and application teams, and drive product initiatives to enhance service adoption and reliability, working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define, execute, and deliver product areas through high-quality PRDs, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Collaborate with application teams to translate their needs into a prioritized platform roadmap
- Drive zero-to-one product efforts from customer discovery through design and delivery, ensuring measurable impact
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in product management at growth-stage or scaling technology companies
- 4+ years managing platform teams and technical products as a Product Manager
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in architectural trade-offs and feasibility discussions
- Proven expertise in zero-to-one product building with a track record of shipped products that created measurable value
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS product development and enterprise sales cycles, with a focus on construction finance or fintech
