Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a core product domain within Astra OS, the full-time Staff Product Manager will partner closely with engineering and design teams, driving product clarity and execution while engaging with customers to define requirements and iterate on solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering leads to involve them in customer conversations and solution development
• Identify root problems through customer engagement and translate them into clear product direction

Required qualifications

• Strong product sense with a focus on delivering business and customer value
• Proven experience leading discovery and defining requirements in ambiguous environments
• Track record of effective execution in complex settings, including removing roadblocks and making tradeoffs
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with engineering teams
• Experience in healthcare technology, especially with enterprise workflows and system integrations
