Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product direction in a remote environment, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage end-to-end product deployments, collaborate with engineering teams on technical decisions, and translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own product deployments by defining strategic vision, requirements, backlog, and release outcomes
- Drive technical decisions with engineering, ensuring feasibility and adherence to company standards
- Bridge users and engineers by translating operational readiness problems into product requirements through direct user research
Required qualifications
- US Citizen with active Secret (or above) DoW Clearance or ability to obtain quickly
- CS degree (or equivalent technical degree) or 1-2 years of software engineering experience
- 6+ years of product management or software engineering experience shipping software in agile environments
- Comfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and engaging in technical discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
