Staff Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the hardware and firmware roadmap for Equipment Monitoring in-field devices, the full-time Staff Product Manager will drive new product introductions and enhance device reliability and performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the hardware and firmware roadmap for various monitoring devices, including asset gateways and sensors
- Drive end-to-end execution of new product introductions, from problem definition through to post-launch stabilization
- Define and prioritize firmware features to enhance the value of deployed devices and improve field performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience with IoT, telematics, or connected hardware products
- Proven ownership of at least one full hardware new product introduction that reached significant volume
- Strong technical fluency in battery-powered connected systems and firmware roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence roadmaps without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
