Staff Product Manager, Acquisition

Job Summary

Owning Linktree's product-led acquisition strategy, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Acquisition will focus on driving new user growth through optimizing the profile-to-signup journey, building organic acquisition loops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user discovery and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the profile-to-signup journey to enhance user conversion
• Identify and build scalable organic acquisition loops across Linktree's network
• Develop and evolve Linktree's referral strategy to encourage user growth through creator engagement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in growth and acquisition
• Proven experience managing large-scale consumer growth funnels with significant user volume
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel analysis, experimentation design, and conversion metrics
• Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Excellent executive communication skills for presenting data and strategic recommendations
