Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for Ask Acorns, the full-time Staff Product Manager, AI will define and drive the roadmap for an AI-powered assistant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial wellness for users in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the product strategy for Ask Acorns across both Acorns and Acorns Early brands
• Drive the Ask Acorns roadmap, ensuring alignment with product teams and prioritization of capabilities
• Establish quality and performance standards in partnership with engineering, and define success metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in conversational AI products
• Proven ability to create a clear product strategy and roadmap in a dynamic AI landscape
• Deep understanding of conversational AI systems, including prompt engineering and memory
• Strong data analysis skills to drive decisions and hold teams accountable
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership
