Staff Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for AI integration across Webflow's platform, the full-time Staff Product Manager, AI will manage the development of the Webflow AI Assistant, oversee agent instructions, and align cross-functional teams to enhance AI-assisted creation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's AI agent surfaces and ensure cohesive product delivery
• Define quality standards for AI experiences and establish metrics to maintain high performance across non-deterministic products
• Balance the needs of developers and less-technical creators by creating both developer-grade tools and user-friendly products

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with expertise in AI-powered systems
• Proven track record of defining strategy for large, ambiguous product areas, including platforms and APIs
• Experience setting quality standards for non-deterministic products and managing associated metrics
• Hands-on experience with AI agent systems and tools, including LLM-based technologies
• Strong ability to lead through influence and navigate cross-functional collaboration effectively
