Staff Product Manager, AI Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Business Applications (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for SaaS ecosystems and automate internal business processes
• Identify and automate manual bottlenecks in Finance, HR, and Sales workflows
• Prototype and validate AI-driven solutions using AI-native tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications or 12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Proven track record in delivering features within Salesforce, SAP, or Namely
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools for prototype development
• Understanding of LLM constraints and their application in business workflows
• Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely
