Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for their AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring alignment with company-level AI principles
• Establish execution patterns for AI agents in production, including orchestration and context handling
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to create reliable systems and drive standardization for internal adoption

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in building platforms or developer-facing products
• Background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience with complex software systems
• Strong understanding of AI-powered and distributed systems, including LLM-based agents and workflows
• Experience in defining platform contracts, including APIs and configuration models
• Proven ability to introduce standards and quality controls that enhance product velocity
