Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Business Applications (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI roadmap for SaaS ecosystems and internal business process automation
Identify and automate manual bottlenecks in Finance, HR, and Sales workflows
Prototype and validate AI-driven solutions using AI-native tools

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications or Business Systems Analyst
Proven track record within Salesforce, SAP, or Namely ecosystems
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools for prototype development
Understanding of LLM constraints and their integration into business workflows
Deep experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein) or Namely
